Welcome to Riverside!

Thank you for choosing to visit Riverside's website!  We hope if/when you visit that you find the people here to be friendly and inviting, and our worship to be genuine and meaningful.  The community here at Riverside is composed of people from all kinds of backgrounds; and so regardless of what you bring to the table, you are welcome here!

Leadership Opportunity

We are a member of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC) and are located in Sartell, MN, just north of St. Cloud, MN. As a small congregation (worshipping with approximately 100 attendees/members each Sunday), we value being in relationships with one another and warmly welcoming newcomers to the church.  We are a body of believers that desire sustained discipleship leading to mature faith.  We are blessed to have a congregation of people who actively participate in the ministries of the church.

Worshippers at Riverside enjoy their time together on Sunday mornings, learning, reflecting on and applying the truths of God’s word through the pastor’s message and music.  We typically have a 2-4 person praise team that leads in a contemporary musical style, continually assessing the merits of old and new songs as to the Biblical truth conveyed in the words.  As worship leader, the applicant will be able to lead the congregation in worship, both vocally and instrumentally.  The applicant will work with the praise team volunteers to provide quality music that brings glory to God’s name.

We are a multi-generational church who values all of its congregants, yet allocates considerable volunteer and financial resources toward children’s ministry.  As the children in the church are growing older, we see the need to expand our ministry resources to include our middle school and soon-to-be high school students.  As youth ministry leader, the applicant will partner with families in training their youth, be a godly leader for the youth of the church, and be instrumental in developing a viable youth program at Riverside.

For both the Worship Leader and Youth Ministry Leader positions, Riverside offers a welcoming and supportive environment in which to work.  As an added benefit, we can offer flexible hours and scheduling, outside of Sunday morning.   In either role of Worship Leader and Youth Ministry Leader, the ideal applicant(s) will have prior ministry experience, be gifted in relationship building, and be skilled in guiding teams of volunteers.  Preferably, Riverside is looking for someone who can fulfill both ministerial roles with the time split between music ministry and youth ministry.  However, we are willing to make accommodations to fill only one role for the right individual(s).  Interested individuals should send a resume and letter of interest by email to This email address is being protected from spambots.
